A partner and senior economist at DATAGRO Markets & Strategic Consulting, he heads the company’s office in Recife, Pernambuco. He is responsible for monitoring the Brazilian and global commodities markets, with a special focus on sugar, ethanol, and fuels, advising clients on trading and investment strategies, as well as delivering lectures at industry events. He also serves as a professor of economics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from UFPE, a master’s degree in Finance from the same university, a specialization in Data Science from CESAR School, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics at FGV/EPGE.
